Form Submissions differ from the form?Asked by Dingens on July 27, 2013 at 10:54 AM
these is a feedback form I created:
It has the general part on top, followed by a tutors part on the bottom.
When I get the submission emails, all is fine, when I get the pdf all the info is there.
See pic here:
But the Excel and csv files only contain the lower part from "Cormac Byrne" down to Rolf Wagels. The other fields seem to be missing.
What is going wrong?
Sorry, found it!
You have to activate all the fields first. I never deactivated anything, shouldn't they be activated as a default?
Hi, Glad to know that you found a solution. Yes, By Default some of the fields like HTML Text and Headers will not be added by default. If you need, You have to activate those fields.
Feel Free to ask if you need further clarification.
