Once a person click continue on form, how can they receive a thank you email prior to submitting payment via email. At best they get an email from jotform stating "Pending Payment". FYI, my form has various conditions therefore is there another way to change this on my end or on tech support end?
Here's an example of what I expect to happen:
Once a person click " YES" on "Would you like to become one "
Then they will select a donation amount then from the "Select amount of times..." they must choose 3rd
Once they click Continue/they should receive special submission "Thank You Email" but instead they receive just pending payment.

You can set the Pending Payment E-mail to YES to allow email even payment transactions were not done. You can find this property in the payment field.
When set to YES, pending payments from submissions will still give notification email.
