    hello, my forms were disabled from nothing, did not understand the reason but please pass me a position because I use the forms to something very serious and if the problem persists or happens again I may not be able to use more ...

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I checked your account and I found it was autosuspended by our Phishing Detector System due to the form Formulário de Cadastro which has a Password field. JotForm won't tolerate that kind of forms, as in the past users used those forms for ilegal acts, so that is clearly against of our Terms and Conditions of use now.

    But I have also found that that is the only form of that kind you have and all the others are clean, so I have re-activated your account and you have to delete that form and avoid to create forms like that, otherwise the system will suspend your account again and we won't be able to re-activate it. Please try to access to your account and check if your forms are available now.

    Please refer to this page for our terms and conditions on using Jotform.  What happened is our phishing system found one of your field which is requesting for a password. Requesting of a password is against Jotform terms and conditions the reason your account was suspended.

    let me see if I understand, someone accessed the form and entered in the fields one malicious code requesting the password or that I was shifted into a tool that prompts password or something, I still do not understand why ... I need to know more clearly to prevent the next time, enjoy and please pass me how to make it not happen more ...

    Hello,

     Getting passwords and usernames is considered phishing and this is strictly prohibited by our terms of use

    Let  me explain you that phishers will use our Form builder to make
    forms to sensitive information into plain, and sometimes unlabeled,
    text fields
             
    Fighting with real phishers is an everyday task and cannot be manually
    done. We ought to control this in order to be compliant with Internet
    Regulations, otherwise our site might penalized as it was back in
    February ,2012 due to phishing forms stored into our servers.
                     
    So, in order to control phishers we have implemented this system as
    we have millions of forms already hosted by our servers.

    hello, I need yes, I still do not fully understand .... try to explain in a more secular, what I'm trying to understand is actually the problem was caused by min or some malicious code and independent of the way as acoteceu I can prevent this from happening to more ...

    Let me try to explain this.

    Yes this issue is caused by you and not by any malicious code. When you created your form "Formulário de Cadastro" you added a field "Senha:". This is against our terms of use.

    JotForm cannot be used for authentication. You should not add any password field in your form.

    As suggested by my colleague, please remove the "Senha" field from your form "Formulário de Cadastro" to avoid the automatic suspension of your account by our anti-phishing system.
