Some fields are not included in the notification email

    Hi there,

    I set up a jot form to collect credit card information and payments.  However, when I receive a submission I can not see the credit card information in order for me to submit the information to our admin office, so they can run my client's payment.  Please advise.  Thanks so much!!

    Hi Tanisha,

    You should re-create the Notification E-mail to be able to include all the fields in the form.

    Currently, this form's notification email lacks some of the existing fields that are in the form.

    Usually, this happen when you update the form and the existing notification email is not updated properly. Creating a new notification will refresh this and will add all the fields.
