Submission not sent to ActiveCampaign after verifying the submission using Submission verifier widget

    Hi,

    I created a form and integrated it with ActiveCampaign "Adding Contact to Automation" and included the Submission Verification process (via link in the Autorespond Email).

    I am able to enter dhe form information, I get the email autoresponder with the verification link, and I can validate my email address when I click on the link (I get the thank you for verifying message).

    However, I do not see the contact being added to my ActiveCampaign list.

    What am I missing?

    BTW, I used the instructions in https://www.jotform.com/help/427-How-to-Verify-an-Email-Address-Before-or-After-Form-Submission to include the verification after the form is submitted.

    I am not sure if the Submission verifier widget is causing the issue. Could you try removing the submission verifier widget from the and see if the submission is being sent to ActiveCampaign? 

    If the issue still persists, please try removing some of the mapped fields in the ActiveCampaign and use only basic required fields to see if that works.
