my account ragusaminerals@gmail been suspended
I outsourced a form to be developed so I am not sure what has been done

I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing. I am escalating this issue to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, banking information, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.
