Can you save and resume from other devices?

Hi there,

I work for a charitable foundation. Could you please clarify the following:

1. Can you save progress on a form and resume it from a different device?

2. Is it possible to auto-fill some answers by pulling information from other website? EG, if we ask for an organisation name, is the form able to come up with a drop down list of organisations from public databases?

3. Are any of these features not possible on the free version?

Greetings Isabella.

1. Can you save progress on a form and resume it from a different device?

Form progress can be saved. Once it does, an email will be sent to the email your user has enter, and it will contain a link that can be used to continue the forms later. This link can be opened on any device, it does not have to be the same one as the one used when the form was stared.

To enable the save feature, you need to click on a submit button, open properties, select the Advanced tab, and enable Save and Continue later from there:
