    @Acadian

    My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    If the spam submission you received is from human user, captcha will not be able to stop them. You may like to add "Unique Submission" feature in your form and set it to "Strict or Loose check". This will ensure the multiple submissions are not allowed from the same IP or the same browser. Please refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    You may also like to set "Unique Question" to your form and set one of your form fields like "Email" to be the unique question. It will only accept one submission per email address. Please refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
