I would like to add the in the payment option in my product section so customers can either choose to pay with a credit card online or choose to pay in the store

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

You can use PayPal checkout if you want the form users to directly use Credit Card payment on your form.

There are also other payment processors that you can use on your form that also allows CC payment. You can check them here

I have been able to set up the payment without issue. What I would like to
do is give customers an option to pay in the store and have the credit card
field not be required and this is what I can not figure out how to do
...

Hi, thank you for your prompt response.

You can have different forms for each payment option and embed them on the main form where the option for payment method is shown. You can check this guide for all the necessary details to complete the integration.
