I have set up my forms to integrate with my google drive account, but not all files get synced. The form successfully creates a folder and also creates a pdf in the folder summarizing the the details of the form in my google drive account, but some of the upload files do not show up. Is there a fix for this? I have plenty of space on my google drive account. Is it a file size limitation on the JotForm side?
Thanks for your help.

Please try reintegrating your Google Drive integration and see if it resolves the issue. It is also possible that some delay may happen if the file is quite large before it sync in.
If the issue still persist, please provide us which form you are experiencing this issue. Also, if you could provide us how we can replicate the issue, that would also be great as I was unable to replicate the same issue.

I have tried reintergrating, but I have the same results. The file is rather large... almost 500 MB. Delay does not seem to be the issue because the form has been submitted several days ago and the files are still not listed in my google drive account. As mentioned above...it is successfully creating folders on my google drive as well as populating the folder with the pdf summarizing the form. The form that is the issue is called "MOD Design Form" I have tested it during a preview on JotForm and tested it embedded on my site... Neither work. My first assumption is that its related to the size of the file, because smaller sized files go through fine.

You are probably correct regarding the file size. I have forwarded your query to our developers for clarification if there is a limit on Google Drive API file upload. Please wait for their response regarding this issue.

Any progress on finding out if there is any file size limitation for the Google Drive API?
