What are the limits of the free status of a non profit organization. Will I be able to log into our account with the same username and password?

Will I be able to keep the form I created?

If you're organization is not Coronavirus related, then as a nono-profit organization you can you can get a 50% discount for paid plans.

Once approved, you can upgrade to our plans with the 50% discount. You will be able to log into your account with the same username and the forms will be available in your account.
