Error in opening the link sent

Hi. Why can't I open the link sent thru email & sms? It always says that there is an error. Hope you can address my problem. Thanks.

I see that the form is set as a private form in the settings and can be accessed only by the invited people. As i check the form., it seems to be loading fine at my end and asking to login.

Could you let us know the error message that is being displayed when the link from the email or SMS is clicked? It would be also helpful if you can forward the email that is having the issue to support@jotform.com so that we can check to assist you further.
