I am trying to Downgrade account from Premium to Professional. When I click "cancel" under Account, it directs me to Pay Pal. I looked on the forum and saw that I need to go through Plimus. When I successfully log onto that account, I don't see any options to cancel or downgrade anything. Help!

I guess what you meant was from Professional to Premium.
We are actually using two different payment gateways. We use Paypal for paypal payment options, and the other one is Plimus for credit card payment options.
I have checked your account and it seems that you're able to cancel the subscription already.
Your account will stay Professional until May 12. You may then resubscribe with us for Premium subscription.
