Why is the Product List Layout Option Gone?

We were working on a JotForm with a product list and suddenly the options for layout design disappeared and reverting to a previous version did not return the correct layout.  Please contact us as soon as possible, we need this form to be ready on Monday.  Thank you for your assistance.

It seems that you have changed your form's Theme. Unfortunately, the Product List Layout is only available on Upcoming theme, kindly, change your theme to Upcoming to see the layout options again.
