We have added the Take Photo widget to our PDF fillable form, but when we print the form, it does not show up.

    HI there! We have converted our new patient child form into a fillable jotform but we'd like for the patient to be able to take a photo of their insurance card and send to us. On the form they fill out we have added the take photo widget but when we print the form it does not show up. 

    How do we make it show up on the printout?

    If what you're after is adding the captured image to the original PDF form, then this is, unfortunately, not possible.

    However, we can escalate this as a feature request to our developers, but first, we need you to provide us with more information about what you have in mind so we can deliver it along.

    Moreover, if what you're after is adding the captured image to the PDF document associated with the form, then it is possible.
