Paypal business integration: form is not redirecting to Paypal page when checking out

    We are a new Jotform user recently signed up. For our very first published form, there are multiple feedback on not being able to complete the payment step on mobile phones. They were able to complete the registrations on computers though. Could you please help asap?

    I was able to replicate the issue on my end when I tried filling out your form and even with my cloned form. It's not redirecting to the Paypal Page. Here's a recording of my test: 

    This happens as well on desktops. I am receiving this error on the browser's console logs:


    I am escalating this now to our backend team for it to be checked further. We'll let you know here as soon as it gets fixed.
