I've been using your forms for a while and it's great, but one of my clients have submitted her details twice now, and I'm not getting any of her emails neither does she get any notification. I have submitted a test myself and got the email. I'm just worried that there might be other emails I'm not getting resulting in me loosing business :( How can I check how many and what emails have bounced or haven't delivered?

Have you check your Spam Folder? Although, this shouldn't be the case but can you please take a look? Ask your client as well.

Yes, checked spam folder and it's not in there either.
Hi, I checked your form and found that you have added a reply to email field as a Field in your form but you not mentioned that field as Required.
Please Note that, in this case if the person not entered a valid email ID in that field, both Notification and Autoresponder will get such problems.
My Suggestion is Make that field as required and test it again.
