Is there a way for me to setup the email notification so that I can reply to it and my reply goes to the customer?

    Hello,

    To be able to achieve that, you must configure the "Reply-to" email under

    Set-up & Embed>> Email Alert>> Notifications.

    Under Reply-to option, choose the email field you have on your form. In this sample I made, I named the field "Customer Email".
