Hello Jotform,
Please could you tell me why my account has been suspended?
I recently tried to create a payment methods form (which we have on paper but wanted to be transferred digitally) and I think because I had fields asking for credit card information, you have viewed this as phishing?
Please can you reinstate my account immediately - I used jotform on a daily basiss for my company: www.rossall.org.uk.
I have two emails associated with my account (a.campbell@rossall.org.uk and a.pendlebury@rossall.org.uk) as I got married and have a new email address to reflect the name change.
