Why all the submission data is not included in the download?

Hi.

To keep my files neat and tidy I decided to download my submissions and clear the data from jotform.

However, not all data was provided. The file submission that my clients had uploaded was lost and apparently can't be retrived.

I had refered loads of people to jotform and was on the verge to subscribing. Instead I am frustrated, and no longer wish to pay you for such poor attention to detail.

Is it possible for me to have all the data that I should have had it in the first place? Can my clients files be recovered?

I am bitterly disapointed and may never use your service again.

As we check your account history, we notice that there are a few forms and submissions are deleted. We are sorry that it is not possible to recover the deleted submissions or purged forms. You may check the email notifications received to your forms for retrieving the form submission data.
