Form is not appearing in my account

    hello

     

    I created quite a big form recently.

    I found an error in it, and now I tried to change it, but the form is no longe on my account?

     

    why would that me?

    My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. 

    I checked and found that this form is in a guest account. That means when you created this form, you were not logged in to your JotForm account. I have now moved this form in your account "qujo44". 

    Request you to please check and let us know if you are able to see this form in your account.

    thank you so much, now I can see it. but I have another problem.
    MY forms - Submissions do not mach what I have in the mailbox.
    Submisstions are ok (see attached PDF)
    but email notification is significantly shorter (see attached txt).
    In email I only see 2/3 of the entire form submitted. why would that be?
