    Hi there,

I'm looking to create a sign up sheet that allows people to choose from 5 different groups to join. Each group need to have a capacity of 20 people. Is there a way to make one form that does this, or do I have to make a separate form for every single group?

Also, I need a way for people to access a form with a password for two days, and then be open to the public after a certain date. I know you can set a date/time to close the form at, but can you also set one for it to open on? and can you set a period for which it is password protected? Or do I have to do it by hand and just embed another form on my website as soon as the password protected period is over?

    Hi,

You can create a form that combines all the group into one form and allow them to choose only one - you can use radio button field. Unfortunately, when doing this, you do not have the option to limit each group to 20 people. In short, we do not have a function to limit a submission per options using our fields such as Radio Button, Checkbox and Dropdown.

I would suggest creating a form for each group then limit the submissions to twenty (20) people. Guides here:

Please open a separate thread with your second inquiry so we can assist you there. We have to do this so we can manage each questions easily.

    Thanks
