No we don’t know that particular email ID. All touchmedia.ca email accounts were moved to a new server and that particular one was not moved.
If you can change the ID and let me know what it is that would be OK. If you can change the ID and also provide me with the PW that would be better.
P.S. using the link you provided in your email response would not work for me in either of IE or Firefox?
I checked the account associated with this form and see the email id used to created this account is "email@example.com"
As its your organization email, do you have access to this email id? Do you want us to change the email id of this account?
