Why is my account suspended?

    That form and the associated account was suspended and banned already. It was a scam form and violates our Terms of Use.

    Please disregard previous messages related to the source of that form.

    This account is my account, I am the account holder of th***xe***ac***c@gmail.com.
    I am contacting you on my personal right now, If I need to email you on my business account I can do so.
    My issue isn’t resolved. I just tried to log in once again and it’s still showing THIS MESSAGE!! I attached the photo below.
    It’s stating my account is suspended and I’m not understanding why. I’ve had this form up and running for over a month now and I’ve paid my fees for this. I’m trying to contact and go through all the applications I’ve received which was 102. I need access immediately to my applicants so I can proceed with my process. My spa will be opening in a few weeks and without access to THIS, I have NO EMPLOYEES. Please tell me what can be done so I can access it immediately. I’m done with the form, it’s not public anymore, I just need to VIEW ALL APPLICATIONS. Please help me! I’m so not understanding this and again I’m paying a fee to use this site and I’m being blocked from it. This is absurd.

    I have checked your account "theLuxePalace" and this was suspended due to scam suspicious, in order to reactivate your account, kindly email us from your business email address to support@jotform.com including this ticket ID in the subject 2505146, note that it must be your business email address, not @gmail, @outlook or any other free email provider. Please also let us know on this ticket once you have sent the email, so we can check it.  

    I also checked the account mentioned above and this is on the free status, this means you were not being charged for a subscription so far.
