PLEASE HELP! Only Part of My Thank You Page is Loading.

Asked by subcrewswebsites on July 30, 2013 at 09:54 PM

OK, I'm a pretty advanced HTML guy but I have a dilemma. I have a very simple sign-up form that is just NAME, EMAIL and SUBMIT button. The thing is on the THANK YOU FOR SUBMITTING return page (after they click submit), I need a very long thank you letter HOWEVER after you click submit, the only parts of the letter that load only show in the same height as the original submit information before the SUBMIT is queried.

TO MAKE THIS PROBLEM EVEN CLEARER, if the submit info took up 2" of height on the form, and the letter I want to show on the thank you page is 10" high, only 2" of the thank you page is showing. I thought the problem was that I had the original embed script in a table cell. i took it out hoping it would just free flow and it still only shows 2" of height on the thank you page.

SOME OTHER HELPFUL INFO: I am loading this inside an iFrame in Facebook however, I am VERY advanced in this and know that this is not the issue. I have tested this bug with the iFrame scroll bars turned on and off.

ANY ADVANCED USERS OR JOT FORM STAFF OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME?????

    Hi,

Unfortunatelly, you have not included a URL to your website where we could at least check how the form was embedded. Can you please provide us this info.

I did some background check for previous threads using your username, but the most I found was this website http://www.charlottecreations.com/4contact.html but the form here doesn't seem to be the one you mentioned.

    Please update us.

    Thanks.
