Incomplete registration that were processed thru PayPal

    We have a form used to register for our Men’s Retreat.  Frequently men are registering and their registration show up at incomplete yet they paid in PayPal.  Why is this happening and how do we prevent the registrations from getting ‘hung up’?

    Sometimes the payment will go through, but the complete payment notification will not be sent to Jotform and this will be marked as incomplete.

    In order to prevent this, you may enable the IPN option on your PayPal account, this guide will help you doing so: How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
