    Thanks for contacting us.

You're right, it says you are out of space. It is because you do are out of space, as a free account your submission limit is 100 Submissions and you now have received 102, so you are over limit.

You should consider to get a subscription with one of our paid plans. Please check the details of our plans in our PRICING page, getting a paid subscription you will be able to receive much more than 100 submissions, more space for your uploads and much more benefits.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    @ doublelq

Hi, I have set your total submission count to 99 for now, just to remove the Overlimit status. You can wait for the automatic reset to happen on the 1st day of the month (that will be tomorrow). Please be inform that we can do this only one time for consideration.

May a I advise you also to never let your submissions reach its limit within the month -- always take heed of the notification when it is about to exceed a limit. Reaching a limit will immediately disable your account and the form.

And as already suggested by my colleague, should you feel that your needs tends to exceed the monthly limits, you should try the paid plans then.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
