We had people calling us filling in our form, because they could't submit the form. A message pops up that tells them they need to fill in all the required fields. Even after looking over the whole form again, they have filled in all the field. We have tried to fill in a test form ourselves and had the same problem.

Are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage where you have embedded your form?
Could you please provide the webpage URL where you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?
Also, if the issue persists on your end, could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?
