    All my saved changes are lost

    The URL of my form is http://form.jotform.co/form/32018147315850

    Last night I spent an hour and a half on adding fields to my form, Saved my changes numerous times throughout and now this morning they are not showing up in my form. Is there any way you can retrieve my changes from last night?

    Hi,

    Currently, this is the version of the form that I am able to see http://www.jotform.com/32018147315850 . This should be the latest saved version of the form.

    I would like to inform you, that there is no way to retrieved a saved version of the form in a particular saved point. 

    When the form saves or do the autosave, it always becomes the current version and will overwrite the previous form version.

    One thing you should practice doing is, if the form is expected to be a complex/longer form, is to make a cloned version of the form to have a different saved version that you can always get back to anytime.

    Thanks Jonathan, I actually do want the current version, not a former version. I want to have access to the last saved form from last night. What is showing up is the earlier form before I made all my changes last night. It seems to be a glitch in your system if I continually saved my changes last night, then this morning I have the previous form showing up. THis is why I'm wondering if you may be able to locate my last saved form? The file shows that the form was last edited on 31/7/2013, so it verifies that I made changes last night, but none of them are there now?

    Help!!!!

    Hi,

    This is most likely the cache issue please log out clear your browser's cache and then login into the account, you will also need to clear your form's cache.
