I created a lightbox with a button for my form at http://riggrep.com/caldwell-lifting-beams/. It works perfectly on Macs using Safari, Firefox and Chrome. However, clicking the button does nothing on a PC using any browser. I've tested it with two different PCs and multiple Macs and mobile devices. The problem seems to be exclusively a PC thing.
I'm using Squarespace, and I inserted the form using their code injection block.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Thank you for contacting us.
It seems to be working fine when I check the lightbox button on your website. I have tried with Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera.

Thank you! Are you accessing that while you're physically using a PC? I'm asking, because I used a browser emulator to see if I could duplicate the issue my client is having, but I couldn't.

I am using a Windows 7 on my machine, but test from Windows 8 was done through emulator - browserstack.com.
If you would like to test some specific setup we can try to do that via browserstack.

Browserstack is who I tested through. If it worked properly for you on your Windows 7 PC, that's good enough for me. I had made some slight alterations since my post, so it's possible that the problem is resolved. Mike, thank you for your help with this.
