Lately my forms are emailed to me they are incomplete.

When my forms are emailed to me not all of the questions are in the email. When I download the PDF ALL of the questions are answered. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

If yes, please reintegrate the notification email in the form i.e. delete the existing email and add a new notification email. That will solve your issue.
