Not sending respond mail to registrants

    Hi, I realised that I did not receive an email from autoresponder when I submit a registration. Kindly advise. Thank you!

    I can see that your form is encrypted.

    Please note that autoresponder emails will not be sent for encrypted forms.

    Encrypted responses on emails can be decrypted only by the form owner using the encryption key.

    Hence autoresponders will not work.
