Is there a way to remove all css from a template or even choose not to use the pre-installed css at all?
I find in difficult to overwrite all the css in the template, when I want to style my own form.

Every created form is defaulted to "Nova Theme". You may switch to "default" theme (no-template form) if you like. It's listed in the themes. Here's how:
