Adding .ICS file type to acceptable AUTORESPONDER email file type

An .iCS file is a calendar invite.  In my case for Outlook.

I would like to have my respondents select their seminar time options, then using conditions and autoresponder to send them an email with the .ics file attached.  This allows them to click the attachment and populate their calendar.

I understand i can use the link method, but that forces the respondent to now get their email, click the link, find where it downloads, and then double click.  Let alone the form creator's responsibility to host the file somewhere (may be an issue for some).  As .ICS files are small, and not a risk, is it possible for me (locally) or you (systemically) to add that file type to an ACCEPTABLE file type for AUTORESPONDER attach file type?

    Hi @ApocForms,

You've mentioned the current work arounds for this, but I will escalate your request to our developers (that it becomes possible to add ICS files as direct attachments or to generate them from users replies). You can host the ICS files at GDrive, my colleague has a guide here

I can't give an ETA I'm afraid due to the nature of development cycles, but when we have an update we will let you know.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
