Is there a way to restrict each widget only one choice?

Also, for each widget, is there a way to restrict only one choice?  Currently, one can select more than one option.  I want it so only one option can be selected (if they want to deselect it fine).

That is not possible with the Button Checkboxes widget. If you want to allow your users to select only one option, you can use the Button Radios widget instead.
