My submitted forms had disappeared

We are working with JotForms with offline forms, from the mobile app installed on 7 (seven) tablets Samsung Galaxy A Tab, same configuration and account in each of them.

But, unfortunately, after more than 400 submissions later, we discovered that 1/3 of them (around 120 submissions) simply weren't uploaded to the excel sheet or to the Google Drive folder, which were connected since the 1st submission.

We tried various options, including searching for a folder in tablets which it could have been saved without been uploaded, but even this doens't exist.

Please, help me finding this ~120 submissions because they are very important for this job, and we will have to input almost other 2500 submissions with this nightmare over!

I've checked your form details initially it was showing around 40 submissions. I've restored the missing submissions so you should be able to see all your submissions in your form now.

Now the total submissions for your form I can see are 285. Usually, this happens when your account gets downgraded to a free account.
