Hi. I have a couple of questions concerning uploading images on a form. It seems that some people have trouble uploading images from a mobile phone on to the form. Is there a maximum upload size? Do the uploads have to be specifically jpeg, img, etc. or can it be any? Or is the problem that some smartphones are not compatible? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for contacting us.
We have the following default settings for Upload field:
Max File Size: 10MB
Extensions: pdf, doc, docx, xls, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif
So this should not be a problem, and you can change these settings at any time.
The "file" type inputs (upload fields) are supposed to be fine on the fresh mobile devices like Android 4 and iOS 6. However, the Apple was blocking upload fields on older iOS versions, and probably there might be issues with old Android devices due to their browser limitations.
Also, we have an Ink-Filepicker integration that can help users with uploading from different locations, so you can try it too.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
