Its an exising excel form that client uses to fill out orders, it has some fileds that get filled automatically as client fills in data (which they do by phone now) they would like the form on their website to do exactly the same thing fill in information (as cost per square foot and give the total automatically) and when they receive the form it will open in excel as a excel spreadsheet with the same features.
Is it possible??

The calculation part will require using the form's source code. If you noticed already there is no field/s in the form that do computations/calculations except the payment fields which only do totals.
What I can suggest you do for now is to finalize your form template (make it at least look similar to your Excel form) and we will assist you later in creating the calculation fields.
"...and when they receive the form it will open in excel as a excel spreadsheet.."
You can actually create Excel Report out of the form's submission data.
See this guide Generate-Excel-Report
Please update us when you have your form ready and we will attend to you at once.
