Google sheet integration revising it layout

Hi, I have just edited my jotform so it can record yes and no answers but google sheets does not reflect these changes - do I need to erase the existing sheet or do I need to recreate the integration again so the change are reflected?

Yes, you need to delete the existing Google Sheet integration and then re-integrate with the Sheet once again.

Please note that editing of the spreadsheet that is integrated into the form can break the integration and we do not recommend it. Also, editing of the form, such as adding the new fields or editing of the field labels will break the integration.

I would suggest you please re-integrate your form again with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your problem.
