Order not showing in Square

    I have a jotform in live mode and received an email confirmation for my test transaction (live) but it is not showing in Square. Can you please advise?

    I understand that you are referring to the order form embedded in your website https://www.anneappleman.com/order/ 

    If yes, I can see that you have one submission received and a transaction number was also generated by Square. Could you check with Square support as to why the payment is not reflected in your Square account?
