Products on the product list are reported as html element on monday.com

    Dear Jotform support team,

    I'm using a monday.com board to organize my forms from JotForm.

    I've encountered the following problem:

    when the submitted form is arriving on the Monday board the names of the items in the product list (I've used the product list widget) appear as 'input 102_1001' and I need to see the name of the specific item and the quantity.

    I've attached the relevant print screens from Jotform and monday.com

    I'm sure there is something I can do in the code behind but I'm not sure what- do you have a workaround for me?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. 

    I have tested the product list field with Monday.com, and I am also getting the same issue.

    I am afraid the Product list field is not compatible with the Monday.com integration. I have raised this to our back-end team for further assistance. Although we cannot provide an estimated time, we will contact you via this ticket once we received an update.

    Is there an option to add a text in the code-behind with the name of the product? 

    I see that I can get to each item separate

    ly but I don't know how to change it.

    We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

    During our investigation, we figured out that a programmatic control issue in the data formatting process of payment fields while working with MondayCom.

    As a result of the improvements we made, we fixed the related issue.
