Unable to view PDF's after completing download

    Hi there,

    I clicked on "download submissions".  I received an e-mail from Jotform containing a zipfile of all the PDF's.  I downloaded this zipfile and when I went to open the files, all of the PDF's are completely blank. 

    Any ideas on what the problem may be?

    I have attempted to download the submissions from your submissions page as a PDF and all the submissions were there.

    Which form did you try to download the submissions for?
