I signed up for jotform for a premium membership on July 11th and then canceled on August 1st. It clearly states on your Pricing page that you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Well, I've canceled my account well within 30 days but then I received an email stating:
Can you explain this contradiction?

That cancellation autoresponders is for any type of subscription regardless how long they've been with us. If an user wants to get a refund, she must ask for it just like you have done it on this post
