I canceled within 30 days but did not get a refund?

    I signed up for jotform for a premium membership on July 11th and then canceled on August 1st. It clearly states on your Pricing page that you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. (Yes, we have 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.)

    Well, I've canceled my account well within 30 days but then I received an email stating: Please note that this cancellation simply means that you will NOT be billed any longer for this product, it does NOT mean we have issued a refund.

    Can you explain this contradiction?

    That cancellation autoresponders is for any type of subscription regardless how long they've been with us. If an user  wants to get a refund,  she must ask for it just like you have done it on this post

    Please expect the refund back to the payment method you used in around 4-6 days
