    Hello @SiskiyouEDC,

    If you are unable to open your form uploads in your submissions, it is most likely due to the privacy settings you have on your account.

    The current settings do not allow your form uploads to be opened or downloaded unless you are signed in to an existing JotForm account. If you are trying to access these uploads while logged out of your account, then you will not be able to do so.

    To resolve this issue, you will either need to log into your account to view the uploads, or you can disable these privacy settings so you can view the uploads while logged out.

    Thank you. I am the admin and am logged in. To try this, I also deselected several boxes and logged back in. I still cannot see the links to the user uploaded files. I can see the upload space (1TB) is moving, so I am hopeful they are accessible. Please continue to help. I will stand by.

    None of my settings are even marked.  It still will not download all 21 of my forms
