Why are our forms not going to our email again?

    We are once again having to come to the Jotform site to check our forms. They are to be going to our email to give us our notification. This happened a few weeks ago and it makes our business very difficult.

    I have now removed your email in the bounce list. It should be fine now.

    Your email was in the bounce list due to the following reason.

    amber@thekindlebookreview.net is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000014039b97268-fbbb17d1-46ca-468d-af6a-71a84751e9a3-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504'

    Your email service provider rejected some messages coming form JotForm. This might be the reason why. To fixed this, white list our mail server IPs/domains to your email service provider side. Check this article: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
