We are once again having to come to the Jotform site to check our forms. They are to be going to our email to give us our notification. This happened a few weeks ago and it makes our business very difficult.

I have now removed your email in the bounce list. It should be fine now.
Your email was in the bounce list due to the following reason.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <email@example.com> sender rejected. IB504'
Your email service provider rejected some messages coming form JotForm. This might be the reason why. To fixed this, white list our mail server IPs/domains to your email service provider side. Check this article: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
