I have customers completing my resume form and I'm having to manually go into my jotform account and complete the order. I wouldn't have known that I got an order if Paypal didn't send me a notification because the form is not coming to me until I go into my account and mark it complete.
Can you please explain the reason for this so that I can make whatever changes I need to make?

In your payment form, select the payment field and then open its property. In the Properties window, look for the Pending Payment E-mail option -- set the value to YES.
Save this settings. You will now be able to received Notification email even for non-completed payment submissions.
