Condition involving number of people and ages.Asked by tripality on August 02, 2013 at 09:18 PM
I am trying to build a form that is asking the number of adults and children that will be going on a vacation. When they select the number of adults I need a condition based on the number of adults to ask the ages of each adult and the same for the children. So if they select that there are 3 adults coming I need three spinners or text boxes to open. If they select 4 audults then 4 spinners or 4 text boxes open and so on.
Please help me with this so I can complete this portion of the form.
text boxes select thanks 3
I have just answered similar to this on the other thread. Is it something like this? http://jotformpro.com/form/31836425225957
If yes, that's possible with Hide/Show Condition.
Example if the user selected two fields to show, you can display fields according to the selected numbers.
Let us know if you require assistance with this. Regards!
Thank you very much!
