How to make pricelist NOT disappear

    Hi! I've been experiencing problems with my products labelled as "Baklava".

    Whenever i choose an option on the "Honey Syrup Level", it automatically untick the box and hides the choices again.

    Is there a way to just retain everything even after clicking on the Honey syrup level? Thanks!

    Its just the default nature of Product List items. There you can see not just Honey Syrup Level but other fields too show such toggle able nature of the box.

    Please check with other fields and do let us know if you still want to have the feature as you have stated.

    Unfortunately we cannot make unhiding while clicking the region as it is related to the default nature of Product List Element. But we can change the layout of boxes from CSS.

    Actually, to make it easier, is there a way that i can just remove the tickbox for every product and just show to options permanently instead? Like the one in the photo attached1597760442Untitled.png

    Hi @kristofferyoung088

    If you'd like to remove the checkboxes, you can do so by adding the following CSS:

     

    .form-product-input {

     visibility: hidden;   

    }

    A guide on how to add CSS is here. The video you uploaded is set to private so I can't see it, if you could un-hide it, we can take another look at that.

     Hi! I already made the video public.

    Also, i tried inputting the css into my form but it doesnt seem to remove the checkbox.

    Thank you! I've tried here and do not get the same behaviour as you, they all remain ticked. What browser are you using? It looks like firefox on windows 10, I've just tried that but it was fine here. 

    Do you have another browser you can test on too on your side?

    Yes, I am currently using firefox windows 10. Ill try other browsers and also try to restart my firefox and see if any change will happen. Thanks Ed!

    I've just been trying again here, and once I had updated Firefox I was able to see the same issue. 

    I'm escalating this here now to our backend team for further investigation. I was also able to replicate in IE, which I hadn't tried before.

    Regarding the "disappearing price" issue, I played around it a little bit and I found out that it is way more serious that it seems.

    At first, I thought it was just an "unticking the box" issue. But when I tried to preview the form, and added a quantity of that order, and then set the syrup %, the price is being deducted in the grand total of order (but its still listed on subtotal).

    I have tried reviewing the form on the last page, the order gets completed but the total price is wrong. The total price did not count the one that had the "disappearing price" issue.
