Is there some form of chat available? I need to see how to change the amount charged to some subscribers.

Unfortunately, it's not possible with JotForm to change the transaction amount that has bee processed through form submission. Though you can try checking the payment gateway account you've connected to JotForm and see if there are any options there to change that, you may reach out to their customer support as well.
