    Hi,

From your message I understand that you will like to retrieve the submission date for each submission. If this is what you want you should be able to see the time that a form was submitted when you view your submissions. To view your submission please follow the steps below.

If that is not what you meant by timestamp please let us know.

    Thanks!

    Hi
Just what I meant but I have found an solution using {DATE:Full-EU}. It seems to work OK.
My only problem now is to get Norwegian time. I am using correct time in my account settings but still I get 6 hours deferens.

    Hi Carl,

I have cleared your form cache, please try to make a test on your form now if the time settings is now taking effect.

If not, you may use Date/Time field under Quick Tools. That'd capture the current date/time on the submitters timezone.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards!

    Hi
I still have problems. My goal is:

I want the date and time to show up on the e-mail alerts I got from the Jotform.
I solved it by putting {DATE:Full-EU}in the e-mail alerts, but the time-stamp then was 6 hour behind Norwegian time.
I have tried to use a Date/Time field in the form, and it shows up with local time on the website, but the information do not shows up in the e-mail alerts. Maybe because I covered the date/time field underneath a layer, since I don’t want it to be visible for my customer.
The {DATE:Full-EU} method work OK but is there a way to add 6 hour to the formula? I believe I have read this some place, but can’t find it.
    Carl

    Hi Carl,

Adding the Date/Time Field should work. You just need to update your form notification and include the Data/Time Field tag there. I've made this for you. Please kindly check and test it again.

    Thanks
